  • If Low Road Café were a person, I would say it is that kooky Auntie who wears loud prints, swears like a sailor and probably drinks too early in the day, but is a tonne of fun and the most interesting person at any party.

They opened the doors to their new cafe in Woolloongabba’s new Trafalgar Lane on Monday 22 August 2016, so we waited a couple of weeks before visiting to let them settle in.

  • 'Pretty' and 'idyllic' were my first impressions of Lakeview Espresso. Nestled comfortably in the midst of neat homes and quiet streets, Lakeview Espresso has a soothing view of the lake and small kids' playground across the street. The alfresco dining area is covered and would be prime coffee relaxation real estate, especially if the weather is fine.
