Maggie Beer @ Good Food and Wine Show’s Oxford Landing Estates Restaurant

Every year we visit the Good Food and Wine Show, I always try to make it a point to try the menu offerings at the Oxford Landing Estates Restaurant for lunch.

This year was no different, but unlike previous years, this year’s menu features only one chef – Maggie Beer. Now given my rather disappointing visit to her farmshop some months ago, I was keen to taste her menu.

And I was duely satisfied. If only similar dishes had been available at the Barossa Valley farm shop, I would’ve been thrilled.
