  • If I wanted kimchi and was going to be too tight-arsed about it to buy the pre-made stuff, then I was going to have to learn to make it at home. Now I have big tubs of kimchi waiting to be a side dish to a packed lunch, dinner.  Or this aromatic delicious kimchi fried rice.
