Walking past a house in the neighbourhood, I noticed something orange in their front yard and wondered what it was.
Then it turned around and I burst out laughing.
The cat, on the other hand, does not look terribly impressed.

OMG! That’s a real ugly cat! Don’t like its face AT ALL!
Bwahahahahahaha…. I’m sure it doesn’t like your face either. I doubt it’s happy with the world with that haircut.
Ha ha! He has such a foul disposition.
The poor thing probably got matted fur and with the heat of summer now hitting full blast, I’m not surprised its owner gave it this haircut. It certainly doesn’t look pleased at all.
