MAC Sheertone Blush Pinch Me and MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush Flirt&Tease
The SO is a religious trawler of Catch of the Day, whereas I haven’t given them too much thought. The fewer shopping websites I visit, the better for my wallet, I say.
But they ran a Glamathon last month, which I could not resist – a cosmetics sale with products from brands such as MAC, Moroccan Oil, Elizabeth Arden, Lancome, O.P.I, L’Oreal, Revlon, Chanel, Calvin Klein and YSL.
Flirt&Tease and Pinch Me
I have been on a bit of a blush binge and in my order, picked up 2 MAC Sheertone blushes: Flirt & Tease, and Pinch Me.
Flirt & Tease is a plummy rose with fine gold shimmer. It looks very pretty on my slightly tanned skin, but it’s probably too dark for anyone fair skinned, unless you blend it out a lot or use extremely sparingly (ie. use a very light hand). Be careful with this one: overblushing with this one can look like you’ve been bruised.
Pinch Me on the other hand, is a matte mauvy-brown with a hint of coral. This is really flattering for medium to dark skintones looking for a natural day look, even coupled with a vibrant red or berry lippie. Again, use a light hand when applying.
