Our first homecooked dinner back in Singapore

Being back home is a double-edged sword.

While I love being back home amongst family and friends, I am obligated to spend as much time as possible in the family home to be with the parentals.

Not that I’m complaining. My mother has an incredible knack for sweetening the deal with some yummy homecooked meals. This is what she made the first night we were back in Singapore.
