Who else is planning to go the Good Food and Wine Show

During last year’s Good Food and Wine show in Brisbane, I bought a couple of products and some of my favorites are from Outback Spirit. They do a gorgeous sauce called Wild Lime Chilli Ginger, which has a spine-tingling tang and just enough chilli heat to give you shivers.

So just because I could (and therefore, why wouldn’t I?), I slathered some of their chilli jam as a pizza sauce base for a Hungarian salami pizza. Now that packs quite a punch.

Spice-eeeeeh!

Now I cannot wait till this year’s Show when it hits Brisbane in November. Lucky Melburnians will be the first in the country to enjoy the Show from 3-5 June 2011, but I can be patient.
